Rute Fonseca holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Coimbra and a Master's degree in Law and Management from the interdisciplinary program offered by the Portuguese Catholic University - Campus Foz, Porto. She defended her dissertation entitled "Compensable Damages due to Arbitrary Removal, Regime of Limited Liability Companies and Public Limited Companies.".
She began her internship at the Portuguese Bar Association in 2018.
Since becoming a Lawyer, in 2021, Rute has worked in several renowned law firms in Coimbra, Porto, and Aveiro.
